've read the risks of SADS and the importance of proper ventilation for these species to prevent SADS, and creating proper ventilation in glass aquariums turned terraniums
Sads is not a thing, it's what people used to think was a thing until they realised it was just Avics dropping dead from stuffy conditions.
Please do not put an Avic in a glass tank with no ventilation at substrate level.
With you're glass tank the only option you have is top ventilation, and no matter what you think you can do, you can't create convectional current without having ventilation at substrate level. The convectional current is the natural rise in hot air and drop in cool air, so the air in a proper Avic enclosure will escape out the top by drawing in cooler fresh air from down low, you can't recreate this effect in that tank.

It might say I'm a new member on here but it's just because I can't use my main account so you are not taking advice from a newbie on this,

Not every species of Phormingochilus or Psalmopeous is available in the hobby. If you want a spicier T go with Phormingochilus. With that said Psalmo's can be a bit full on as well. I care, or have cared for, almost every species available in Psalmopeous and have a Phormingochilus Arboricola and a Hati Hati, Acaya slings! I also have an adult Aspinochilus Rufus which are arboreal and moved from Phormingochilus that are gorgeous but don't get super big. With all that said I would go with. P. Cambrigei as they get large and sometimes their attitude can be a bit milder. Sometimes...lol. Happy Spoodering!

Oh yeah for sure, I'm going to drill holes in the plexiglass that I'm using for the lids. When I was reading about this, they were talking specifically about cross-ventilation and how the lack of cross ventilation would cause SADS, saying that top ventilation alone wasn't enough, but I also read that you could use a small computer desk fan to create more ventilation with a top only ventilation enclosure.

What I was also thinking about doing was drilling holes in the plexiglass that divides the tank so that way it would create some type of cross ventilation from the inside of the tank since I can't drill through glass. Also using a small fan.

Unless you are putting the fan inside the enclosure with the T it will have little to no effect.
Putting ventilation in the plexiglass you're using as the divider probably isn't a good idea either since it's going to be a moisture dependant species in the other side.
If you're set on an Avic for that side, keep it's substrate bone dry, and use 2 or 3 water dishes at different levels. This will minimise the risk of stagnant air in the enclosure.

Gotcha, nah I was thinking of facing the fan down sitting on the lid. I'm worried of the T getting caught in the fan if it's inside.

Understood on the no holes in the divider.

Here are my fan choices...

Looks like they need to sit on top of a mesh lid, and I'm not sure how that will work with drilled plexiglass...

Would putting it inside that side of the enclosure have any ventilation effect, with the only other ventilation being from the top ?

Gotcha, nah I was thinking of facing the fan down sitting on the lid. I'm worried of the T getting caught in the fan if it's inside.

FYI, if you really feel like building it out here's what we use in the lab to ventilate small enclosures:

https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-Cooling-Blades-Bearing-NF-A4x10/dp/B009NQLT0M/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20

https://www.amazon.com/ELUTENG-Dust...Filtering/dp/B075Q6FTMR/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20

https://www.amazon.com/Gebildet-Formed-Sleeve-Adapter-Connector/dp/B09HGLN7CX/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20

Add a standard USB charger or some other power source et voilà, a gentle jungle breeze to keep the air fresh and clean for your T.

The Noctua fan moves way more air than you'll ever need and is pretty much dead quiet. It's a little pricey but it's top quality and super low noise/vibration. You get what you pay for with that brand. It also comes with a speed reducer that will cut the airflow and make it even quieter if you want. (We do use the speed reducer for anything less than 50gal/200L but your mileage will vary depending on your setup.)

The brand of the other items doesn't matter at all. You'll find lots of equivalent products but I'd definitely go with the Noctua fan. The fan guards come with filters that do fine at keeping little feet away from the blades but you can also get some denser filter material and cut it to size if you're paranoid about it.

If you really want to get fancy you can add a timer. We just let the fans run all the time. Those Noctua fans seem to last forever. Just remember to keep an eye on the water supply. Having the fan constantly changing out the air dries out the water bowl pretty quick.

Good luck.

P.S. - I just saw the gear you're thinking about using. I strongly suspect that will be HUGE overkill. You're looking for a barely noticeable breeze, not a hurricane. Too much airflow will make your Ts even more unhappy than too little. Start small and add more only if you need to.
