I see what appears to be a spinneret right between the 2 rear most legs. Is that a giveaway indicating a male? Is that what a sperm web comes from?

It's black in color.

Guess I'm not having any luck with getting girls... Three adult males already. Plus this one. So the three others, please let one be a girl.

Your GBB is DEFINITELY female. Difficult to say about the top specimen. In younger/smaller T's, a dot in the middle of the exuvium doesn't always indicate male. Sometimes, it's the beginning of the opening of the uterus externus (females "lips"). Hope this helps!
Both Tarantulas are alive and well and no tibial spurs after five years.
