ALL ANIMALS WILL BE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE TO YOU SAFELY IF SHIPPED WHEN SHIPPED BY FEDEX OVERNIGHT. ALL DOA’S MUST BE SENT TO US BY THE END OF THE DAY OF RECEIVING THROUGH EMAIL. AFTER THAT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED. YOU MUST EMAIL US A PICTURE OF THE DECEASED ANIMAL WITH A TOP VIEW AND THEN ONE OF IT FLIPPED ON ITS BACK OR A SHORT VIDEO WHERE WE CAN SEE IT BEING FLIPPED OVER. SOMETIMES THE ANIMAL IS JUST COLD. PLEASE GIVE IT A COUPLE HOURS TO RECOVER.
DELIVERY MUST BE MADE ON FIRST ATTEMPT OR LAG IS VOID. IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE THE PACKAGED REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER LOCATION AFTER IT HAS LEFT OUR STORE THEN IT WILL HAVE THE LAG VOID.
TEMPERATURES MUST BE BETWEEN 50-85 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT FOR THE LAG TO BE VALID. WE WILL USE COLD / HEAT PACKS AT OUR DISCRETION DEPENDING ON YOUR WEATHER. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR COLD / HEAT PACKS.
