I can't see how much has grown back yet but I'd think another moult or 2.

I thought my boehmei was in premolt add it had burrowed away and sealed the burrow shut. Nope. The burrow is open now but he still won't eat. Do b. Boehmei fast like Rosea?

At that size (is it still 1/2"?) mine would dig in and stay hidden for at least a month at a time, molt and emerge maybe 2 weeks later. Really teaches you patience, lol.
If yours is only a fraction as greedy as mine is, not eating is a sure sign of a premolt lol.

Yep, it's still 1/2" Not sure how greedy he is lol he's ran away from everything we've tried feeding it. We gave up thinking he was in premolt, but when he came out of the burrow yesterday my son tried a small cricket and that scared him back in the burrow.

His abdomen is pale, mostly hairless now, looks a bit shiny and has a dark triangular spot on top, and it hasn't shrunken any in the 4 weeks we've had him now. Next time he decides to come out i'll try a decapitated cricket and see if he'll eat that.

depends on the size and the sling. I havent' been through a molt yet other than our GBB. he molted every month like clockwork almost and was in premolt usually a week before he molted. He'd stop eating and run from the food, then we'd wake up one morning and find him and his molt. First time he molted my son almost cried as he thought he lost the spider, then he saw Marley hiding in the corner and called me right away. He was at my parents, and was so excited and talking so fast i couldn't understand him lol My mom had to get on the phone and tell me what happened.

I'm lucky that my family only consists of me and my son, our 7 Ts and our small dog :) Good thing is his mom had Ts growing up so he can take his to her house without any problems.

My parents tolerate them because we like them, but that's it.

My T. gigas, Cayenne, that moulted yesterday moved its old exo from under the cork bark at the back of the container and hung it on the plant right in the middle.

2 moults yesterday

First was my C. bertae, Inca, who chuked its old clothes out of its burrow so I've not seen it yet.

Second was my L. sp. Borneo Black, Sable.
Caught in the act

And afterwards

Wow, how many T's do you have, Enn? I'm so fascinated by the people that have multiple molts every few days. So much happening.
