One of my N. chromatus, Zingu, moulted today. I haven't seen either of them for 4 months, since they came, although they have both fed well and burrowed so at least I know one is ok.

2 moults today. First was my H. sanguiniceps, Paria, who has moulted in its burrow, the exo is still down there and then my O. sp blue Panay, Taal, pushed its exo out but has gone back into hiding.

Is it a spider or is it a shrimp, lol?

Now I'm waiting for my B. Boehmei to flip. His bald patch has gone blackish grey.

2 moults last night.

P. irminia, Falcon, moulted in its tunnel web and by this morning had pushed the exo to the top.

Then unusually Coffee, P.reduncus was out and about so I grabbed a photo and realised there was an exo in the bottom corner of the container.

Actually LPs rarely get past 7-8 inches. Still big, but people really tend to exaggerate their size.

It would be too easy to make a joke on behalf of men and inch exaggeration now, lol.
But as you said 8" is still a big spider, big enough for me. But my Pipsqueak LP will always be my pipsqueak, lol.

My B. Boehmei is moulting at this moment :). He always does it on the leaves on top of his hide, never hides, I wonder whether he can't be bothered webbing a moulting mat!?. Soon he'll be too big for this. I will post photos later, his last exo looked male to me, so hopefully I can either confirm or revoke this (doesn't bother me if he is male, Brachy males still have a good couple of years of life).

@Fuzzball79 They do moult in odd places, my P. irminia moults in her web tube where she can't lie on her back or front but is vertical.

My L. parahybana, Pip, finally moulted last night. Originally named Pipsqueak as it was the smaller of the 2 LPs I got at just under 1'' but now somehow the name doesn't seem to fit at around 6'' so it just gets Pip.

I've had Pip for 13 months and in that time it has moulted 6 times. You can see the growth rate from this pic of all the old exos laid out on a sheet of A4 paper

Keep your fingers crossed for my little P.Metallica sling please. It had not been doing so well over the past weeks. Only had 1 ore 2 meals after its last moult and I recently had to move it into ICU, because it looked very dehydrated (thought it was in premoult, because it had been hiding and fasting, but then found it squashed up against the tub with a shriveled abdomen). I moved it back into its tub, because it looked plump again and had started to move around inside the ICU. It still wasn't able to move the rear half of its body properly (almost as if it was paralysed), but the front half was working. This morning I found it flipped over.
I suspect that for whatever reason it went through a bad premoult phase and had/has difficulties regulating internal fluids therefore couldn't initiate a moult. I hope it manages this one. It's a little fighter and I'd be gutted to lose it (keeping it warm, dark and hydrated).
