Get in touch with the authorities. Once he goes to trial, the judge will order that restitution be made in full if he's found guilty.
No sad for me because the PayPal don't return to me the money
Yes I'm put a claim with him but is really hard to get luck to find him that's what the police said and PayPal too
Thank you man I doJust keep trying!
Yes man that's the same what I do but is sad for me because I pay to him the 200 dlls in friends and familyTherma1979 tried "selling" me two MM Harpactira pulchripes. I don't know if he was trying to scam me, but he kept insisting that I use the "send money to friends and family" option on Paypal (which I didn't do, thankfully). I sent him the cash despite that red flag, and after a few days of missing the days he was supposed to ship (and going without messaging for a day at a time), I went ahead and opened a case on Paypal. Thankfully, he returned my money - I don't know if he would have if I had gone through the "friends and family" option. Would stay away from this guy.
I transfer the money to his email in PayPal but PayPal said can't do it anything only send a claim to back me my money but if he don't answer PayPal can't do it anythingI was wondering if he sent a pay request or if you transferred money to his email account, maybe that makes a difference legally, but still, in order to have a PayPal account he must have provided bank details to them so they must have enough information to identify him imo.
