AFTER THAT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED. YOU MUST EMAIL US A PICTURE OF THE DECEASED ANIMAL WITH A TOP VIEW AND THEN ONE OF IT FLIPPED ON ITS BACK OR A SHORT VIDEO WHERE WE CAN SEE IT BEING FLIPPED OVER. SOMETIMES THE ANIMAL IS JUST COLD. PLEASE GIVE IT A COUPLE HOURS TO RECOVER.
