White raised bump on bald spot

My T. Stirmi’s bald spot has grown large over the last 2 months and just recently a slightly raised white spot has formed. Is she in pre molt or is this a cause for concern? I was afraid she might have fallen from the top of her enclosure and gotten “bruised”.

That window usually stays closed it was just the best lighting for the picture

She usually develops a bald spot around molting time I’ve just never seen the bump before. She’s acting normal though.

It looks like a cyst of some sort. Perhaps just holding liquid between her old exoskeleton and new one forming underneath. Hopefully, it doesn't rupture and lead to complications. She may molt out of it and it be just fine. Worst case scenario, it ruptures and she bleeds out....but my guess is she will molt out of it once her new exoskeleton has formed.
