Ok....its not mold.
Yep, looks like mold. No big deal just pick it out and let the substrate dry out, looks awefully wet around the sides. Did you leave any feeder pieces in there like a piece of mealworm or something?
Also looks like you mist the enclosure, put a small water cap inside instead.

There can't be feeder pieces because i didn't fed her in this enclosure yet. İ took her in this enclosure just 2 days ago. And everytime i moisturize the enclosure, it is misting around enclosure by itself. I will use a water bowl since now thanks and is it enough to picking it out and letting the substrate dry ör should i do something like changing substrate

Use a spoon to remove it and I'd let the substrate dry out a bit before you put a water bowl in.

Stop moisturizing 
...that sling is fine with dry dirt. Put a water bottle lid in there for drinking water.

A spot like that is just where there is something "nutritious" that the mould took advantage of. It could just be where the spider defecated or perhaps something in the substrate mix.
