Not me. A small benefit of being in captivity to my way of thinking, is a secure comfortable enclosure and regular meals :p
i agree, but to over feed them and make them the ridicule of the spider world like the "average" american is for us? just try and imagine what that little sling walking by is saying. Or the avic in the enclosure beside the Brachy. It would be endless jokes and taunts about big butts ;)

Correct. His chelcirae (fangs) need to harden up first. I usually offer pre-killed after a first molt to be extra safe but there are varying opinions on that.

I can't help with sex by molt, as that still puzzles me.

As for live prey, you need to wait until the fangs harden up again, in most cases thats turning black again and I think it's something like 5 days?

Depends on the T and the size, took almost 2 weeks for my A. chalcodes fangs to turn solid black, she's about 4-4.5" dls now. my tiny sling's fangs turn solid black (or as much as you can tell at that size they're black) sometimes in little as 24 hours.

True. My only experience was my Tappi going up to 2.5" and it took about 5 days for her.

If u post a pick of an internal vent view of the molt spread open there are lots of people here that can help if the picture is clear enough.

To make it less dry and curled, I suggest putting a drop or a few of water onto the molt and using some little tweezers slowly uncurling adding water as you go if needed.
a drop of dish soap helps also. like 8 oz water 1 or 2 drops of soap stir it a bit. soap helps break the surface tension of the water so it absorbs faster into the molt.

yup i just put a drop of dish liquid in a cup with water and let the molt soak for a minute and it will open right up using some tooth picks and/or tweezers
