Hi Everyone!
I bought my versicolour about a year and a half ago. It's been such an amazing journey watching her grow! I put together her bioactive setup when I bought her so that the environment could establish itself and when she was big enough I transferred her across. I think she has been on this setup for about 6 months or so now. I was so excited because last week she began adding to her tunnel at the front and usually molts in her cave at the back but she has sealed the front and looks like she is going to molt there. The isopods, springtails and earthworms are doing well and found that the plants have sorted themselves out. The creeper needs to be spoken to weekly and I keep checking that they are growing the way I want them to grow. I created caves using bark and when I put her in there originally she went straight for the one away from the light which I was very happy about as that was the one I aimed for her to base herself in. Will wait to see when she opens up her web after melting. The only complaint I have had about the setup is that two of her molts are stuck inside the cave at the back. I did try and pull them out but was worried about upsetting her. Not very practical. The food and snake shed on the floor of the setup is for the isopods.
