Have it in a upside quart container setups the substrate is in the bottom and then another quart on top….I been feeding with super worms…little head squeeze, for the others, but can I do the same for her, just leave it in the dirt and hopefully she will come down and get it? Or do I need to put it I. The top by her?

I’d go with the up top option, but either way would probably be fine. I mainly keep terrestrials (with the exception of my versi) so take my answer with a grain of salt.

I try to position food so that it is very easy for the sling to find. How big is the sling? Post a few pics.
Little guy is all the way up there in a web cocoon so not sure how good of a pic this is lol
