Should i change the substrate

Hi guys, i am not feeding my T for about 15 days and it didn't moulted like 1.5 months and i think s/he (l5) is in premolt. İ got 2 questions for you. First today i saw molt on and in her substrate( mostly on but i saw some inside of substrate too) and i took the molt but it seems like i should change the substrate but i don't know should i do it because she may be in premoult and my second question is she digged a hiding place and she is in there all days including nights. And i can't even see she is alive or not what can i do at least checking her one yimes

Why do you feel you need to change it??? Just let it be...the less you mess with it the happier the spider.
