Question about molted skin stuck to spider

What do you do if some molted skin is stuck to your tarantula?

My mom it taking care of my rose hair while I'm am out of town, and it molted last night. Most of the skin is shed, but a part is still attached to the side (see picture). I told my mom about a soft, damp paint brush. I also mentioned a damp corner of a paper towel could be used to wet the area, lest she had no paint brush. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I agree with enn. I would probably use a cotton ball. Does she have feeding tongs or possibly grilling tongs to hold the cotton ball? That would give her a comfortable reach.
