I can't say about that. If it's a hybrid, nobody else on this forum, or any other, can either. Personally, I think it's probably another sp., I just don't know the other species..I know the spiders I've kept though. And that's not a regalis. @plessey help me out brother..I honestly believe it's a hybrid it was bought from a pet store so I would not doubt it
Ahhh, my brother..look at that big band..Heres my 6" male regalis... View attachment 32241
I cant see any lady parts from that photo. I still think you have a male.Another picture he sent me
Agreed. Looks male.I cant see any lady parts from that photo. I still think you have a male.
How can it be a regalis? It does not have the very wide, very distinct abdomenal band..that they ALL have..and the color is off too.Male regalis
If it is subadult male, then there is some sexual dimorphism. How can it be a regalis? It does not have the very wide, very distinct abdomenal band..that they ALL have..and the color is off too.
hey man I pmed youIf it is subadult male, then there is some sexual dimorphism.
Negative. Read Arachnoclowns post, or any other post on regalis abdomen bands, on any forum you choose. Yes, there is dimorphism in poecis, and no, it's not a regalis. This is how the dreaded hybrids are made. If you don't know, don't guess and state it as fact. Thanks for playing. If it is subadult male, then there is some sexual dimorphism.
