@ Ryan
Use a UVB short length 5.0 glide for ur plants. But be careful as live planks have it's good sides and bad and bed being there is always wet/ moist soil and that harbors mites. Dnt worry too much about the oxygen exchange as tarantulas have an " open respiratory system" not closed like us. The heat of a basking lamp or night glo is good, but too close to a plant can damage is
UVB 5.0 stimulates
Movement and reproductive behavior
Stimulates appetite and activity
Visual light output.
Seeing as ur tarantula is in an artificial environment try keep to plastic plants as I've mentioned live ones ned saturated soil to absorb numerals etc hence staying wet attracting mites and bacteria.

Hi Ryan
It looks perfect and not deep at all. That is good as people dnt realize how often tarantulas drink water and it's increases the humidity nicely. If I were to put on any dish a good idea to prevent any tarantula fr drowning is too put in " marbles " as they can walk on it and drink nicely it works well if u have a deep dish , but a nice big shallow one like yours is perfect chap !!! Ur T's are looking very good and enclosures very nice. Well done :)
