That looks like a stress curl. Ts do that after they have been through some traumatic event. Changing its enclosure will do it. Keep a full water dish and leave it alone. Your murinus will be fine.

Usually tarantulas won't do much at all until left alone overnight, they generally set up house once it's dark and quiet and the household is asleep.

Well at least he's not dead. Went out he moved. He now under a kind of wooden stump thing I put there. He's really not taking well to the arboreal deal .. He seems dead set on the burrow and hide lifestyle

Good. It can take a T anything from a few hours to a month or more to settle into a new home so don't worry too much just leave it now to make its home comfy.
