So I wanted to get more arboreal instead of layers and layers of substrate, webbing is cool. But I take some out and then decide that it's time to dig out the burrow. I start digging and fluffy retreats further in. Eventually the whole mess comes out. He's inside this mess of Web. I don't wanna hurt him so I gently dig through. And eventually just scoop up the mess of Web... In a holding container. Take out a bunch of substrate so burrowing is essentially useless or not possible and then gently put my Fluffy (his name) clump back. Anyways... I literally just saw movement so I'm sure he's in there. Just hope he didn't get stuck in his own Web... Is that possible??
Plus side I found a molt he hadn't told me about.
Worried that the cage is a bit big for arboreal but maybe he will grow in to it

Well done. He won't get stuck in his web. OBTs are well known for keeping their moults, often decorating their webs and burrows with bits. My big female would clear out her den every few months and all I'd get was a ball of messed up moult.

I'm sure you're worrying unnecessarily.
One other thing worth mentioning, you mentioned that the container may be a bit big, It's always recommended when rehousing OBTS to move them to a larger container than you would normally to reduce the number of times a move is needed.

As long as he has plenty of tall wood and plastic plant to web to I'm sure he'll be fine.

@TheFlash: your enclosure looks fantastic. Your OBT should be happy. A gentle warning: if he is unable to be fossorial, and he wants to be buried, then he might become angry when you open his enclosure to feed him. Please see Jon3800 you-tube video.

I find in that case they just cover the bottom part of their web with substrate to give them a bit of privacy.

Oh my god. I thought my T died. I just was looking for him and found him wedged under the water dish. I touched him gently with Tongs and he didn't move. He was upside down and shouldn't be molting as he took a food item yesterday. What is wrong with him....? I moved the water dish a bit and thought I caught a little bit of movement but I can't be 100% sure. Anyways I fixed the cage a bit and put the hide back in and tons of wood and some plant foliage... What's going on with him??

It's probably just hiding, you have got to rember your T has been through a lot the past couple of days.
P, murinus are amazing eaters, I have had one of my P, murinus eat until two days befor the moult.
Just keep an eye on it and and keep any disturbance to a bare minimum.
