That cage is way too big for a sling that small. The sling could fall to its death in a cage that big compared to its size. I would rehouse it in a deli cup.

I'm aware of the size difference and plan to rehouse it fairly soon , it was what I had on hand at the moment . I've also considered filling with more coco fiber to avoid it falling and harming itself
