i wouldn't say none of us can resist. I've never done a rescue just because of how badly they're housed. I don't want to take on any unknown issues. It's why i buy slings :)

I'm just glad I don't have any shops near me that sell Ts because I know I'd be tempted although I agree with what you're saying.

I won't even lie, even having been 'in' the business and knowing full well that's how they operate. If I go into our Lps and there's a juvie avic sitting on wood chips with 80 big crickets hopping all around , no place to hide all huddled up in the corner, it's a given. It comes home with me. Period. And I personally don't care how much anyone grumbles moans groans or complains that I'm contributing to the problem. Letting it die will NOT make.them stop as then it's a write off anyway. Have two A.avics...guess from where 0.o

The OBT i bought from them did not come with a warning and i didnt even have to sign a waiver....which i thought was strange. Hell petsmart makes u sign a waiver if u buy a freaking turtle.
