Lampropelma Violaceopes Help

Hello I'm new to this and have purchased a few Ts. One was a mature female Lampropelma Violaceopes which has died. Idk maybe I'm doing something wrong. This was the enclosure. Any advice would be great.

Have you any photos of the T itself before it died?

Wrong set up to begin with...they need a arboreal setup.

Are you sure it was a female???
