Hello I am new on here.
I've owned a trillion rose hair and a orange baboon or in normal terms and OBT before. This is the first time I've owned a Aphonopelma seemanni.

I am aware that they are Brewers and this is not their final home it's just for the meantime while I can get her main burrowing home constructed. I have a picture down below. Half the cage gets sunlight half of it gets shade and I also put some vegetation to act as cover this is their second day in the enclosure.

Welcome to the forum!
From my experience, that's not suitable for a terrestrial/fossorial tarantula. There looks like a good distance from floor to ceiling in there, not a good thing for most tarantulas. As you said you know they're burrowers, all they require really is a good amount of substrate to disappear in. I'd suggest a minimum of 5" depth.
Best of luck with the new tarantula!

That's a setup for a lizard like a chameleon. Get a glass or plastic enclosure designed for inverts with ventilation and/or a screened too.

Size of enclosure should be 3-4x the DLS (diagonal leg span) of the T and filled with packed substrate to limit free climbing height to 1.5-2x DLS for safety (falls)

Always offer a water dish and keep out of sunlight. Also, never feed after midnight.

Just kidding about the feeding after midnight
