I'm fairly new when it comes to tarantula's, and I have noticed the dirt I used for the enclosure is getting covered in this weird dotty layer (Doesnt look like a web). Anyways, should I change it, and how often should I change it?

How often should I "re-bark" my enclosure, if at all?

If it's mold you should change it right away. Otherwise the answer is never.
