how do i keep my terrarium warm?

hi there!

im from the netherlands and it's pretty cold there, because of that its hard to hit 71 fahrenheit or 22 celcius.
normaly my room is 19/19,5 celcius or 66/67 fahrenheit.

any suggestions how to get my room warmer?

(too expensive for thermostat)

You could use something like this https://www.argos.co.uk/product/3032020?clickPR=plp:14:58 to heat your room. They're pretty cheap to run and thermostatically controlled. I used one when I used to keep snakes.
The room where my Ts are varies between 64F and 80F and my Ts do alright.
