How do breeders loans work?

I just learned today that my Pumpkin Patch, Jack O Lantern is a male and by the looks of it, a sexually mature one at that. I am considering loaning him to be bred if I'm able to (I can't drive, so I have to ask someone to drive me somewhere to take my spider to someone to have it mailed), so I was wondering how these things work. Do I just ask for some of the offspring, some of the earnings made from the selling of the offspring or what? Any input is welcome. I could just let him live out the rest of his life, but I would feel bad about not giving him that chance.

The person who will conduct the breeding will most likely send you a label for the male. You then pack the male up, and send him off to the breeder. The box must be dropped off at your local FedEx hub. Most loans are 50/50 splits if the pairing is successful.

I have passed on males to two local dealers. Both were sufficiently local that I dropped the males off to them, so no post involved.

Not wanting to be over run with slings, I simply ask for a few slings, if the breeding was successful. Normally just 10.

We also have males that no one locally wanted. So they live out their lives with us.
