@iwantfree GBB and @meandchromatopelma Welcome to you both. :)
Any questions just ask.
hi i like your profile picture cuz if you have a pterinochilus murinus i guess ur an expert so im just going to ask you this :

i want a gbb so do i need something for it to climb on since it is not fully terrestrial so either:

- yes it needs something to climb on

- yes but 2/3 inches is enough

- no just keep it as if she's terrestrial

because all the terrariums that fit something big to climb on have mesh lid and no ventilation holes at the sides, and are 100/400 euros (reminder im dutch so euros here :>) (oh yeah and also 40/70 euros are normal for my needs)

Set up a regular terrestrial enclosure. They are not true arboreals so they could fall and rupture their abdomen if you set up the enclosure like you would an arboreal T. For example, this is how I set up my 12 by 12 by 12 enclosure for my about 4.25 in dls Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens. Also, low ventilation shouldn't be a problem since C cyaneopubescens don't need humidity.

I'd go for terrestrial for a GBB with cork bark and fake plants for it to web to.
I use these https://spidershop.pl/product/terrarium-30x30x30, works out about 36 euros plus shipping. they have ventilation strips that are stronger than the mesh top ones with one at the top and one on the front with larger holes so Ts don't get hooked so easily.
The Pterinochilus murinus in my avatar was my first ever T, sadly no longer with me but I do still have one. Yes, I got lots of people tell me to to get rid of that first one but she never gave me any trouble.
