It doesn't look good..wrinkled abdomen is very bad, it indicates starvation, or dehydration.Well, it hasn't been curling up at all, just not moving. You think it's not possible it can just be premolt?

I would try a larger deeper water dish. Place the fangs of the T directly into the water leaving the abdomen hanging over the side.
Tarantulas can't drown even if you just toss it into the waterdish. I suggest doing this ASAP, looks severely dehydrated.
You shouldn't need an ICU if dehydration is the only issue. Still, sometimes you encounter one that just fails to thrive.
