I was being facetious. Read my comments with humor. Todays people dont know the difference, thats whats funny. Listen to anyone now a days. Their, there, and they're are as bad as figuratively and literally. It's now interchangable.

There was nothing in your reply that suggested humour. If it wasn't for the lack of faith in humanity then I'd have taken from that perspective.

What if you drink tarantula venom? Is it not, then, poison? Eh? EH? BLEW YOUR DAMNED MINDS DIDN'T I? No? Ok. Off topic I once knew a woman who was both venomous and poisonous. She also spat venom. I'm quite sure her blood would burn holes through the floor but I never found a way to penetrate the thick hide. The steel belted panties should have been a dead giveaway. I eventually called fish and game and had her relocated. What were we talking about?
From what ive read, venom is harmless if ingested unless you have open sores and/or bleeding ulcers in your mouth and stomach. Venom has to get into the blood stream to be dangerous. I'm pretty sure the stomach acid, liver, and kidneys destroy it befor it ever has a chance to enter the blood stream. I think i remeber seeing a documentary or something where a guy swallowed some snake venom and was completely fine. Im not sure i would risk it though. My luck i would have some bleeding ulcer in my gut and die.
It does make you think though. I know poisons can be injected and be deadly in the blood stream so what is the difference between a poison that is injected and a venom that is also injected?

I think it's similar to every thumb is a finger but not every finger is a thumb.
