My curlyhair sling has no concept of stable burrows. He just keeps digging this out wider and deeper and putting all the dirt above it.

My curly fella started going away right under his water dish when we rehomed him! He worked so hard I felt awful ruining it for his safety. But now hes got a huge burrow with 3 entrances and nothing is under the water dish

Your substrate looks a little too dry for my taste... a little moisture would help...

Well I put more water in but think I put too much. If you can see he is in the one dry spot. I hope the water dries up in a day or two. The weather is hot here so it should

It looks good to me. It will dry out and then you can add some again. I overflow my water dish often...

I was surprised to see the tunnels and caverns they have going

You can try using a mist bottle too instead of poreing in water so you have more even spread , just don't spray your little T with the mist
