Hello
Still a tiny P.met, give it time. Usually the pokies will burrow as slings. Luckily with me mine webbed at the top,so keep us up to date. As for the molt, the tiny ones are so cute haha.
Aren't they just, lol? It's those little fangs I find adorable. I'm waiting for my LP to have its first molt (with me), then we're talking tiny...

My metallica never hid and rarely does now. It's probably the most visible of my Ts apart from perhaps one of my little smithi.

I have seen that behaviour as well,as per rule most of them hide since light sensitivity is high with them and others of the genus Poecilotheria not saying only with this genus.

Mine is in the darker part of the room and I covered the lid with paper so maybe that helped.

Maybe the light sensitivity is the key with mine. My husband doesn't like the living room too bright, so we only have one bulb in our ceiling lights and the Ts are in a shelf. Due to the dull weather in Scotland at the moment (and most of the year, lol) it's quite dark so it probably doesn't see the need to hide.
