My wife & I had a sling given to us 2 or 3 years ago by a friend. We were told it's either this or that. It had been brought at a show & the label had fallen off. But they were 100% sure it was one of two species. As it grew we realised it was certainly not B & looked more like A. So we changed the name label from A or B, to A. This T was always reclusive & we rarely, if ever, saw it. Then about 2 months ago it popped out to say hello as we fed it. It is now a decent size, certainly too big for the enclosure it was hidden in. And we now know that it has certainly never been either A or B. So it has now been relabelled as Thrixopelma Lagunas. Sometimes it takes time to get the ID right, so enjoy the ride.
