Breeder Roach Problem

I did not know where it would be appropriate to put this so I just stuck it in the off topic section. So I breed Dubia roaches as my main source of food for my tarantulas. Lately I have been noticing that a good number of them are cannibalizing each other. I know that they are not just molts because a few of them are still running around alive with visible damage. The temperature, humidity, and housing are all correct. There is no shortage of fresh food or liquid. They are not being stressed or messed with. Any ideas?

Which sex is being damaged, I'm going to guess that its the males ? What ratio of M to F do you have ?

What type of set up are you using ? Natural V sterile egg flats ? Any pic's ?

Also you say that the temperature, humidity, and housing are all correct. What are they ?

What types of food and moisture are they being fed ?
