I am Really new at having Tarantulas as pets, but here are my sling Brazilian pink bird Eater.

That enclosure is way too large for a sling.

Please advise me on size of the Tank, currently it's in a 15 x 15 small tank, spoke to numerous people and they said for the size she is its perfect

Were the people who gave you advice people who worked at a pet store? Pet store employees specialize in reptiles and fish, typically not tarantulas, that's why they tend to give lots of bad advice about their care. This is one of many reasons why I don't buy from them.

This is my enclosure for my 2.5 inch OBT. Since yours is 100 percent terrestrial unlike this species, you should put more substrate in than what I have.

So first of all i need a smaller container or tank, and need to add some peat? If I am understanding correctly.

Yup and add holes for ventilation and of course something to hide under.
