Avicularia premolt

I have a pinktoe that i think is in premolt but can't really tell because the abdomen is usually dark with this species does anyone know how to tell if a avic is in premolt?

My avic is in premolt right now. Each time he constructs an elaborate tunnel web/hammock with several funnel holes and just sits in the hammock part constantly. He also refuses food for several weeks.

oooooh ok I have a log with a inside hide thats very visible and she made I guess you can call a tunnel web and hasn't eaten for 2 weeks now so I guess and can assume she is in premolt
