    B. Emilia

Hi everyone! I am interested in purchasing a b. Emilia but I am having trouble finding one. I know if they are like the smithi, they're probably harder to breed. But if someone could help me find one I'd really appreciate it! I live in the Kansas City area. The Expo that we go to here doesn't...

    Sling Question

Well I just checked on him a few minutes ago and he ate the cricket! He looks so funny standing there with this little tiny cricket in in his fangs. I honestly never thought I would say this about a spider but he is cute :-) How often would you recommend feeding him at this age?

    Sling Question

Is there a trick to feeding them when they're this little? I tried giving it a pre-killed cricket with some tweezers but he wouldn't eat it. Kept turning away. Any suggestions? Maybe premolt? Abdomen is black and I'm not sure when he last molted.

    My new addition

Got this little guy this morning at the Kansas city expo. It's my first sling and it's a tiny one. But here is my new G. Pulchripes. So cute. P.S. Sorry about the picture quality :-/

    Sling Question

Yes! It's a tiny little guy! So hopefully we do ok with this one. I'm a little nervous about it. So far so good. I'm gonna try and feed it in the next day or two and see how it does. Wish me luck!

    Sling Question

So,we went to the expo this morning but I couldn't find any B. Smithi slings. Plenty of bigger ones but I wanted to start with a sling. Anyway, I ended up getting a Grammostola pulchripes sling. He/she is TINY!! Hopefully this picture will post and you all can see it.

    Sling Question

OK, thanks guys! I'm excited to actually raise my own T. My son has the rest of them so this will be my first. (My son is 10 so i basically take care of his too) And I think B. Smithis are beautiful!

    Sling Question

Headed to the Kansas City Expo next Sunday to pick up another B. Albopilosum. I was also thinking about getting a B. Smithi sling. I've never cared for a sling before so any advice would be appreciated. Enclosure, what size and type of food, heat and humidity. That type of thing. Thanks!

    Feeding after molting

Hi there! Just curious as to how long I should wait to feed my son's rosea after molting. She molted a week ago and I wanted to know if it was too early to feed her? Thanks!

    Molting question

If he's upside down, he's probably molting. It's hard to see anything in this picture. Can you get a better one maybe?

    Molting question

Yes! She finally molted! YAY! She looks great and is taking it easy sitting on top of her hide! She looks so fluffy, it's funny. Sorry about the size and color of the pictures! I couldn't get a good angle either because she's in the corner of her tank but I think she looks great!
