The Honeymooners

Got crickets?
Ummm....the female is in front.. can anyone tell me if you see a brood in there.. are those little eyeballs I see, or just beauty marks?

:)

@Kymura

heheheeeee... I meant is the female gravid (preggo). Sometimes one can see yellow dots in the abdomens of gravid females when they start to stretch to accommodate the little ones, and sometimes one can even see little dots that are supposed to be their eyes. =)

I don't think she is though, I think that's just sand or grit really. They do get along as happily as their parents did though, so who knows? What happens in the desert stays in the desert lol

LOL! A whole new world I need to learn about, and I will,
I like all my babies to have all their needs met, even my hateful crickets :p

@Kymura

lol boo hiss crickets. lol i have a colony of Dubia roaches going so rarely have to use them. these do like the crickets more than the Dubias though, so crickets come and go very quickly in my home, nasty noisy stinky vicious eat your freshly molted friends eyes out buggers :(

Totally agree on the cricket she says as she slices the organic baby carrots for the rotten little buggers and sprinkles (again organic) oats around for them. My T's eat them, so I'm extra careful of what I feed, my 8 legged kids won't touch a dubia, the avic will come down just to flick at them. I've had these dubia so long they think they are my pets now and half of them are white from fresh molts lol
