What is this?

What is this and why is it in my cocofibre??

I literally just made this batch from a brick, mixing it all in and come across that... looks like a headless roach? However I don’t have roaches nor seen any up close so I can’t say!

Looks like it could be a seed hull.

I can see how it looks like a roach pronotum. Almost looks like a discoid roach pronotum.
