Just fed my spiders, and I look in on my H pulchripes and it's rubbing its two back legs together. Is it cleaning itself?

That's gonna be a mess. The roach isn't moving, but it's obviously not desiccated. I'm a bit worried. To be honest. It looks like it stuffed it in there away from the entrance off to the side. This is what I'm looking at.

Arachnids have been around for millions of years. Don't worry about it , it knows what it's doing more than we do

Well, it has darkened a bit in the past few days. The prey is dead, and I have one roach left. I think this is a clear refusal. I'll check in the morning I guess. What about removing the food? If it's dead I don't think I care too much. I'd hate to ruin it's hard work.
