Tarantula not eating

I have had my GBB since August 14th and it molted during transit. It’s been feeding on dubia roaches ever since she started feeding after her molt. But in the last 2 weeks or maybe a bit more, she has not fed at all and is not interested in feeding. Could she be in premolt and if so how long is the process?

Depends how large the spider is...sling or juvenile a week or two. Adults can go months in premolt. Try feeding it something fast...a cricket or red runner. This will tell you if it's truly in premolt. Dubias can be hard for Ts to detect sometimes.

I went out and got some crickets from the local pet store but my Tarantula was still uninterested in feeding. The Tarantula is also right in between a sling and a juvenile

My striped knee always eats. But my pink toe will randomly just not eat for a a week or two, then goes back to eating normal. Some T's just dont feel like eating as much. Just try randomly and keeps checking.
If this goes on for months, be concerned, but I wouldn’t worry much. Make sure it has a water dish to stave away any hydration issues and just give it time. Sometimes they can be picky. I know my arboreals can, sometimes they won’t except feeders if they have had the same one several times. Picky devils. Keep us posted. I’m sure it’ll be ok. Abdomen big and shiny? Sometimes they will get these little streaks of
Missing hair on the abdomen too. I am currently waiting for my large Acanthoscurria to molt, she hasn’t eaten in over a month at this point. They are pretty hardy. :)
