My B. albo sling Tella completely annihilated a cricket about as large as itself. I tried to film it but he/she attacked before I could get my phone ready. It hit the cricket soo hard and yanked it down into its lair...I could see the crickets eyes on me pleading to save it. Tella actually flipped over and rolled down into her hide, ended up on her back with the cricket in her mouth. It was amazing [emoji14]

I almost wonder if thats female parts I can make out in that pic....

Also, I just started a youtube account and uploaded a pretty funny video of Buttercup, my little A. avic feeding attempt :D please check it out!

Strangely, one of my slings rolled over with the force of its grab when I fed them last night

Lots of my slings will tackle food and roll with it, it's very entertaining to watch. My little LP acts like he's a linebacker when he feeds. both GBB's will rip their whole web tunnel apart to get to prey. I tend to drop the dubia roaches on the web so they won't burrow, maybe i should stop doing that ;)

If it was going to be anyone - I'm not surprised it was a little albo. They are so awesome!
yes they are. One of my favorites so far in the Brachy's, along with the albiceps and vagans. Of all my Brachy's i think the vagans and the albo have the best/most aggressive feeding response :)
