Quick Question

So this might be a stupid question but here it goes anyway... My little GBBs enclosure has quite a bit of webbing in and I went to feed it a dubia roach and she wasn’t interested. I tried getting the roach out but it went underneath all the web and I can’t find it anywhere in the enclosure now. It could have burrowed into the substrate. So my question is, is it a problem to have that roach unattended in there or should I find a way to get it out? Even if I have to destroy all the Ts hard work lol.

I'd probably try to get it out but make sure the cage is in a tote or sink with all drains blocked in case she runs or tries to escape.

Roaches are fine in the enclosure while the Ts molt. Throw a carrot in there for reassurance if you want. I've done this experiment a while back with a dozen Ts...no Ts were killed by a single roach during premolt through the molting process. In a fluke situation a T could possibly be killed...haven't seen it in 38 years. Only with dirty little crickets.
