Please help me, when to intervene?

Ladies and Gentleman I am ridden with panic right now!
I got 2 C. Versicolour slings, 1 of which was a gift from a friend for my birthday however about 3-4 weeks ago my partner almost crushed the 2cm sling on accident, I managed to recover the little one! It hasn’t ate since and went in to premoult which I assumed as much after the incident. Now my problem is this; she’s been moulting for what I know of for 7 hours... I’ve upped the humidity and all I can make out is her carapace has popped off and she’s got the abdomen off, she twitches just ever so slightly but no progress for about 4 hours ish..

I’m worried she’s stuck, it’s unusually long for a sling right? When is appropriate to intervene? I’d rather help then see her suffer.
Let me know guys I’m worried!

Ts vary in the time it takes. As long as it's still twitching, I'd leave it in peace and I'm sure all will be well.

You can't help. But you can do a lot of harm. I suggest doing some research..even just a little. I'm starting to see why so many assholes inhabit the other forum. I feel a change coming on..like a molt..

Well that’s why I’m asking for advice? I’ve never had this situation before, I’ve tried ‘researching’ this but I’m getting controversial comments.
