Does look like she scratched herself.
What's in her enclosure? Any sharp edges? On her hide or on any decorative bits?
For things so many folks are afraid of, they are so fragile :/

As long as she's not bleeding, is moving around and eating normally she should be alright.
If she is bleeding you can dust a little corn starch over it to help it out a little.
Make sure she has a good clean water dish and try to figure out what she got scratched on.
Literally could be a sharp piece of bark or stone or even the edge of a plastic cap as a water dish.
I run a lighter over all of mine to soften the edges a little.

that's a good idea, i didn't think of doing that to the pop cap water dishes. I did trim off the little plastic nibs from the broken seal.

Sometimes they just rub the setae off themselves. Here's a pic of a Brachypelma boehmei right after I got her. She had a lot of stuff rub off in shipping, leaving marks that look like sores. There was/is nothing wrong with her, but it looked weird. I bet something similar happened to yours.
