Are they rerouting through servers in Cameroon? It seems like they all show up as coming from there, surely it can't be the only place where scammers breed!

There static IP addresses . Cameroon is well known for scammers , you will find them on every forum or website with something for sale .
I will continue to just Name & Shame , it seems to do the trick, they disappear pretty sharpish once exposed .
