Good loot! I'm a big fan of the Nicaraguan WC curlies and have a 1.2 myself. Arachnid dust bunnies.

Indeed they are. This was has not stopped preening itself yet. ....lol
I have 4 slings of these as well but this was just too cute to walk away from. Another pic of her looking like a powder puff..... there is a spider in there somewhere!

What a beautiful bunch! Incredibly jealous of that curly. But at the same time absolutely happy for you getting her :)

Thank you hun. If you can get some I would highly recommend. Had seen on line pics and have 4 slings, but to see a real one all "growded up" nearly.... Wow! As hairy (if not hairier) as avics.

Nice list there phil. The b albopilosum is a beauty. Im getting a breeding group hopefully delivered tomorrow, 3 adult females and 1 mature male. This will be my first breeding project. They are true curly hairs aswel, not the hobby form [emoji2]

So pardon my ignorance lol but you guys keep saying "true curlys" as opposed to what? How many curlys are there? This one is a Nicaraguan and them I know of the Honduran or....am I mistaken? How many more are there @.@ on top of the Psalmopoeus sp. Now I have to get multiple curly hairs too?!

Nothing has been proven yet.

The theory is WC B. albo's from Nicaragua have more hair than the Honduran species. They think the B. albo most people have, and if you listen to the self proclaimed experts on AB, is a hybrid of B. vagans and B. albo.

Me, I don't really care one way or the other, let the wannabe self proclaimed experts fight it out, but until it's proven by one of the true experts there isn't a true or fake. They're all B. albos.

Then again i could use this as an example and claim my brother, who's one of those guys that has to shave maybe once a week compared to my shaving daily, is a different species and i'm the True son, right? :p

Well, the ones recently imported from Nicaragua certainly look way curlier with a darker carapace than the Hondoran/hobby form that may or may not hare genes with vagans from hybrids in captivity years ago. For what it's worth, I'm keeping the two separate as they might truly be different even if they'll breed in the artificial confines of captivity.

@kormath Yes, and with that you have rightful claim to your father's throne!!!! Lol but ok thank you!!! I want a B. Albo really bad and was like....whaaaaaaat? There is more than one type? Even still I want more than one!!!! SCREW MODERATION!!!!!

having said that, nice haul Phil! I'm super jeoulos lol mainly of the Lividums, Irminia, and albo haha. Eventually pictures of all of them coming soon!?!?!

@Walter1 well until it's made official, I don't see why you can't keep them separated for yourself. In the end though I want them all and will happily get one of each if I can haha. Such adorable species.

Thank you both for the information learn something new everyday!!!

agreed. I'm wondering if i have one of each. The one i purchased is lots more hairy than the one I ordered on accident. Accidental order I got from Jamies, i was comparing prices and had it in the shopping cart, then went back and ordered roaches, forgot the albo was in the cart still. The intentional order i got from Paul at petcenter.info
