Just picked up this little beauty at Predators in Shipley.

Now it doesn't really matter but I know there's always some discussion over A avicularia and A metallica...
She was sold as metallica and she does have a lovely hue to her body..so i'd personally say she was.

But I'd like to hear anyone's opinion on her?

Regardless she's gorgeous and besides projectile pooping on me is wonderfully happy to wander (and jump) on me.

I have a A Metallica and mine looks just like that except instead of the pink dusting hair all over the body and legs, mine is just pure black with a tiny shade of white dusting hairs. So defiantly an A Avicularia, but never the less VERY beautiful T! Congrats on the new member! :D

I would definitely say A. avicularia rather than A. metallica. Seems to be a nice healthy spider. How big is this one?
