First off in regards to your ankle, hope you recover with minimal setbacks because that sounds painful. Second, you’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do in regards to the menu I reckon. My wife works every Saturday & Sunday & I broke my ankle a few weeks ago, so it's simple food for me.

I love rice and vegetables, my neighbors sometimes bring me Korean dishes that they make out of the veggies I give them from my garden. Even though I am Catholic (officially baptized last night), I am very intrigued by other religions and their practices, including Buddhism. We're Buddhists so just another day of rice and veggies around here. Happy Easter and good feasting to everyone else just the same!
