Identifying the Sex of My Tarantulas

These are my tarantulas so far, the molt is from a 2.75" Lasiodora Parahybana and the other one is a 3.75" Poecilotheria Formosa. Unfortunately, the molt of Formosa got destroyed so I can only provide a ventral view for it.

Can you tell their sex? Are they both female or am I looking at a male specimens?
