How often do slings molt?

I have a 3/4in avicularia minatrix. It hasn't molted yet but I have only had it for a month. Just wondering when I can expect it to molt.

It depends on how often it's fed. I power-fed my two slings until their 2-inch mark, giving them about a cricket per day, and for awhile they were molting on a monthly basis.

Ive been feeding it almost as often as its willing to take food so hopefully it will molt soon.

What actually defines a "sling"? And is there a name for them before being called an adult?
