As the title says, I'm new here, so here's some info to get to know me:
I'm Megan (not my real name cuz it's the internet, but it's close yo my real name). I've been a spider enthousiast since forever (though I do absolutely hate house spiders because they are totally uninvited and I don't like them hanging above my bed). I had my first ever tarantula when I was about 4. Her name was Rosie. I still have some pictures, but I don't know how to post them here. I even got asked to do a tv show and talk about tarantulas, but eventually they found and adult and cancelled me he day before....I was soooo exited.... Unfortunately I got taken away from my mom (long story short, my dad made sure I got taken away even though my mom could still take care of me). Rosie ended up passing away because she was also taken away and placed into a shelter who had no idea how to take care of them they were even scared.
But now, after so long, so many fights in court, I'm finally back with my mom, and I also bought my own tarantula. It's a curlyhair tarantula named Aragon. It should be a female, but the pet store wasn't quite sure because they didn't have her for that long. I've had her since last monday. She's so cute and quite active. I've seen her out on the side of the terrarium multiple times this week.
So yeah, that's a little bit about me and my spiders.
